Summary of Activities/Tasks:
– April 11, 2016 – Through our contact at Target Health, there is a near
term opportunity to integrate CleverCap remote med adherence platform with
several upcoming trials. Met with CEO in Bethesda MD to discuss joint
proposal.
– April 15, 2016 – Ron and Moses spoke briefly to discuss general progress.
Conveyed that more involved proposal discussions are approximately 2 weeks
away. There is an understandably strong desire to see substantive project
negotiations; and for CleverCap to become more directly involved with
discussions.
– April 18, 2016 – Submitted a collaboration summary to Jules Mitchel.
Coordinating proposal terms discussion which will identify the size and
timing of the opportunity for CleverCap.
– April 18, 2016 – Mutual NDA is now circulating for signature.
Forward Statements and Guidance:
MNDA is currently being executed. Anticipate a April 28th meeting in NY with Target Health to negotiate CleverCap joint proposal to large sponsor. There is an opportunity to establish a broader collaboration and pursue significant clinical trial implementation.
