Summary of Activities/Tasks:
– April 19, 2016 – Team reviewed ZohoCRM, discussed 2Q production, and 3Q
goals. Some concern over decelerating momentum in sales backlog. Most
orders range between $50-175K, while large order opportunities are pending
with Medtronic, CCS and St. Johns ($1.2M over 2 years).
Discussed the current status of four grant funding pursuits. While progress
is being made, it should be clear that none of these are expected to close
with revenues attributed to 3Q. All active grant discussions are detailed
under the Opportunity Alerts section.
A requirement was stated to identify 1-2 “low hanging fruit” opportunities
for EntraKits per quarter within health providers groups. Rick mentioned an
interest in presenting to Medstar. He had prior discussion with Pete
Celano, Director of Consumer Health Initiatives. I have since reached out
to David Brennan (see corresponding Opportunity Alert for details).
Briefly discussed Target Health as a significant near-term, revenue
generating opportunity. An MNDA has been executed and a follow-on meeting
has been scheduled for 4/28 in NYC (see corresponding Opportunity Alert for
details).
Consider introducing Entra to Dave Druker, DataSkill for IBM Watson health
collaboration. Role could address registry analytics requirement.
Forward Statements and Guidance:
The Target Health RPM in clinical trials opportunity is moving forward.
Planning efforts to launch a series of EntraHealth RPM CxO Briefings will
begin ASAP. Grant development activities with UTHealth should be underway
by the end of April.
