Summary of Activities/Tasks:
1. March 1, 2016 – Met with Vasu Rangadass, CTO NantHealth at HIMSS.
Discussion revolved around the topic of remote patient monitoring for
cancer patients. NIH currently has a particularly strong interest is the
collection of biometric and symptoms data from cancer patients. Entra and
Nant could collaborate in the pursuit of NIH funding to evaluate the use of
a RPM technology in the collection of real-time patient biometrics and
patient-reported measures. This aligns well with NantHealth, both in terms
of the cancer focus and the collection health data for purposes of
supporting personalized clinical intervention.

2. March 20, 2016 – Spoke with Michael Neuman, Sales Director, NantHealth.
He had recently forwarded NantHealth solution brochures for review (cancer
genetic sequencing, oncology evidence based care plans, Payer-Provider
portal, EMR/Device integration, Wellness solutions).

Forward Statements and Guidance:
Michael is circling back to Vasu regarding efforts to stand up a cancer
patient registry with RPM biometric longitudinal data. Looking to push
forward the collaboration discussion.

End.
