VA operates a total of 23 VISNs and 3 ACOs. Each of these regional systems
manages their own facilities procurement and general operations. Patriot Labs
will create opportunities to present LiquiTech water treatment and
management solutions, beginning with VISN 8 which covers Central and South
Florida.
Summary of Activities/Tasks:
1. April 6, 2016 – Preparation to engage VISN 8. Includes Tampa, Orlando,
West Palm Beach, Gainesville, Miami, and Bay Pines.
2. April 14, 2016 – Drafting initial communications to engage COO,
facilities manager, and directors of quality and risk management, and
safety management.
3.April 18, 2016 – Internal review of initial briefing
invitation/collateral.
