Summary of Activities/Tasks:
1. March 22, 2016 – Met with Target Health President, Jules Mitchel during
the Clinical Trials Collaboration conference in Cambridge, MA. Discussed at
length the opportunity to support CROs and pharma with transformative,
virtual trial enabling software and devices. Jules is in DC next week –
coordinating time to meet.

2. April 11, 2016 – Jules is hosting the Clinical Trials Transformation
Summit in Rockville, MD. We met privately from 2:30-4:30pm. There is an
immediate opportunity with a major pharma company (Pfizer). They have
specifically contact Jules asking for remote subject monitoring solutions
in conjunction with their eCRF trial software. CleverCap is a great fit and
the proposal opportunity is immediate.

Forward Statements and Guidance:
A collaboration strategy is currently being outlined that would enable
Target Health and CleverCap to co-pursue pharma clients (est. 4/14/16). Ron
will be meeting with the Target Health management team in NYC on 4/28/16.
Discussions will include both the pharma requested RPM proposal with
CleverCap; and potential ongoing joint pharma customer pursuit
collaboration.
