Summary of Activities/Tasks:
1. April 20, 2016 – David Brennan and I have crossed paths a couple times
at Aging 2.0, HIMSS, etc. I reached out to David via email to get his input
on Entra’s RPM and telehealth platform. Consideration would be for Medstar
chronic care management programs. Emphasized the FDA approvals, mature
development, interoperability, and ease of integration into clinical
workflows.
2. April 19, 2016 – Rick is interested in connecting with Medstar,
specifically David Brennan, Director of Innovation. We believe they are
currently evaluating other RPM platforms, including Vivify.
Forward Statements and Guidance:
Looking to coordinate at call with David by early next week to discuss
Entra. Also, I have several SBIR/STTR projects underway with Medstar WHC
and plan to be at MHRI sometime next week. Suggested David and I could meet
next week as well.

Hi Ron,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Do you have a contract that will govern the project that we can review? If not, I have a template that we can start with and edit as needed. The technical info and budget are being reviewed internally at MHRI. We’ll need to get Executive approval on our side for the lower indirect cost rate for Phase 1 (normal is 30% for industry sponsored research, but I understand that this is a pilot study). I’ll work with Dr. Milzman’s scientific center administrative director to handle the internal approvals on our side.
