Integrated Project Teams

Patriot Labs integrated project teams (IPT) are comprised of diverse and talented individuals. Each brings a different perspective, but all share a common goal: the pursuit of new and innovative solutions that will drive the next generation of mission-critical capabilities for defense, intelligence, and civilian government agencies. Working within cross-functional teams, you will have opportunities to participate as:

Customer Advisor

  • While not necessarily related to the technology being developed, must possess in-depth knowledge of the customer and end-user groups.
  • Knowledge of customer must be relatively recent – and acquired through direct relationships.
  • Ideally, having previously worked for the customer in a recognizable and project relevant capacity.
  • Past experience and performance should support high receptivity and positive interactions from the customer and end-user groups.
  • Active customer contacts preferable.

Domain Analyst

  • Possess knowledge in the areas of operation under which the developed component and/or solution is to be deployed into production.
  • Experience with relevant customer systems, workflows, and processes.
  • Domain-specific knowledge of key functional areas.
  • Understand the defined use case and the target performance objectives.
  • Capable of providing the team with insight into end-user operational needs, performance challenges, and any potential risks and barriers to solution adoption.

Technology Expert

  • Provide specialized knowledge and skills relevant to the technology, and potentially, the capability focus area.
  • Competency in the integration of key technologies required to support solution development.
  • Expertise based on demonstrable knowledge, learned qualifications and applied skills.
  • Contributions include knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory.
  • Provide technical, expert content to proposal teams.
  • Solve complex technical issues with solution development teams.
