Annual Dues

Patriot Labs connects small business solution providers, technology R&D institutions, industry experts, and rapid innovation funding programs. Together, we create the next-generation defense and federal enterprise capabilities.

Industry (Large Business): $1,200

Greater than 500 employees or annual gross receipts in excess of $35M.

Industry (Small Business): $375

A SMALL BUSINESS is defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) size standards as a for-profit entity with less than 500 employees and less than $35M in average annual receipts. Must not be prohibited from doing business with the Department of Defense. Non-Traditional1 and Small Business Concerns (SBC)2 with technologies/capabilities relevant to at least one PartnerNetwork Focus Area are highly encouraged to apply.

(1) A Traditional organization is defined by the government as a firm that is subject to the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) full cost accounting standards. If you have never heard of DCAA, are a small business or start-up, or have not done business with the federal government before, you are likely Non-Traditional.

(2) Special consideration given to industry categorized as one or more of the following: Small Business, HUBZone, Women-owned, SDVOSB, Minority-owned, or less than $50M in work with DoD last year.

Academic: $175

Must be currently associated with – and a representative of – an accredited academic institution with R&D interests relevant to at least one PartnerNetwork Focus Area.

Individual: $50

Must be a professional with subject matter expertise relevant to at least one PartnerNetwork Focus Area. Individual members may collaborate with other PartnerNetwork members and be compensated for their individual efforts and contributions. They may not act as an agent/representative of an organization or submit proposals for direct government award.

Government: $0

Complimentary for government employees and members of the U.S. Military. Must be working in a capacity that supports current government innovation or modernization efforts; and be active-duty status serving any armed service component (Active Duty, Guard, and Reserve) and branch (Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, and Space Force) or be a full-time employee of a U.S. federal, state, or local government organization.
